Time Management and Workflow Design During Tax Season

About Course
Tax season does not become unmanageable because there is too much work. It becomes unmanageable when every client is allowed to become urgent at the same time. A well-designed tax season does not ask the practitioner to work harder at the peak — it decides, before the peak, what will not be allowed to become urgent. This course is not a personal-productivity course. There is no advice here about sleep, breaks, or time-blocking apps. It is a course about designing tax-season capacity and workflow as an operating system for your practice: how to calculate what you can actually take on, how to build a cutoff policy that holds under real pressure, how to structure work so files move through defined stages instead of sitting in one undifferentiated pile, and how to delegate work without losing control of its quality. Each module works through the operational mechanics in enough depth to actually build the system, not just understand the idea behind it.
