Preventing Burnout: Sustainable Practice During Filing Season

About Course
Filing season burnout is often treated as a personal failing — something an individual practitioner should have managed better through more willpower or better habits — when in most cases it’s actually a predictable, structural outcome of how a practice’s workload, staffing, and expectations are set up. This course is not generic wellness content, and it’s not a substitute for the workflow, capacity, and delegation systems covered elsewhere in this series that address the structural root causes of an unsustainable season directly. What this course adds specifically is the personal-sustainability layer those operational courses deliberately leave out: recognizing burnout as a structural signal worth acting on, protecting a genuine recovery floor even during peak volume, understanding the blind spots specific to being the owner, and running an honest season-end recovery review.
