Client Portal and Practice-Management Technology Tools

About Course
Many practices purchase a client portal and practice-management platform, turn on the default settings, and never revisit the configuration again — leaving genuinely useful functionality unused while clients quietly default back to email for anything the portal doesn’t make obviously easy. This course is not about choosing which software vendor to buy, evaluating competing products, or the implementation process covered elsewhere in this series — it assumes a portal and practice-management system are already in place, or about to be, and focuses specifically on what the tool should actually do, how to drive genuine client adoption of it, how to configure workflow and task tracking well, and how to set up access and permissions correctly.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT · NON-CE. This course does not provide IRS continuing education credit.
